Ful Lai is a dim sum restaurant, located at Jalan Kuchai Lama. It starts operating around 7pm until 4am. So for those that feel like having dim sum at the middle of the night, just come to this place! They have lots and complete dim sum: baos, steam dim sums, fried dim sums, cheong fun, porridge, loh mai kai... etc. Well, Malaysians just love supper rite?
