Nine Emperor Gods Festival

Nine Emperor Gods Festival, in chinese also known as 九王爷 actually refers to The Nine Great Emperors in the Daoist deities system. The birth of the Nine Emperors happened to be on the 9th September in the chinese lunar calendar. The practice of worshipping the nine stars then slowly deitify them as gods. This is what the chinese malaysian are celebrating now :) I planned to go to the temple in Ampang but not yet, so went to another smaller temple located in Teluk Pulai, Klang.
