Movie Review: I Corrupt All Cops

Watched I Corrupt All Cops (金錢帝國) on thursday during its 1st day screening. Movie plot is in the 1960s and 1970s in Hong Kong. By that time Hong Kong is mainly corrupted because 90% of the policemen receive bribe, which also known as 'kopi duit' in Malaysia. Senior Inspector Lak has the highest position in the police force and he's getting himself involved in bribe. Then here comes the Independant Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). They tend to investigate and catch all people that are involved in the corruption. But Inspector Lak managed to run away from Hong Kong with his family, and the rest got jailed.
